It is excellent news that the Post Office, with the Sub-postmaster’s agreement, have decided to modernise Billericay Post Office and upgrade it to a main style branch.
This will provide the people of Billericay with a new refurbished branch providing a modern open plan environment and longer opening hours, allowing the Post Office to better serve local people.
The Post Office have informed me that the new-look Billericay Post Office is scheduled to open on Friday 25th October but will need to close for refurbishment on Tuesday 15th October. Any constituents who are unsure where else they can go to access services, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Post Office have supplied me with a list of other branches constituents can use during the refurbishment.
